Store Manager
The Store Manager is accountable for the total operation of the store. Responsibilities include hiring, mentoring, supervision, buying and merchandising products, scheduling, controlling inventory, complying with relevant regulations and standards.

· Drive team productivity and achieve required labor and margin targets.
· Maintain a well-stocked and beautifully merchandised store.
· Uphold and maintain department and store standards.
· Be an active and positive participant in store leadership.
· Uphold all Loss Prevention and Safety practices and procedures.

· High energy, enthusiasm and the willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
· Strong knowledge of department financials and labor.
· Excellent customer service skills and high standards of excellence.
· Strong ability to merchandise store.

· Strong organizational, written and verbal skills.
· Available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the store.
· Excellent computer skills
